Ask About Our Rates
Tell us about the plumbing issue or project and we'll confirm the right plan and price for your property in Giza, Egypt.
Not sure which plumbing plan fits your home?
Send us the details of your leak, installation, or repair and we'll recommend the right package for your budget.
What's included in the base price of each plan?
Each plan covers labor, standard fittings inspection, and the specific repair or installation work listed. Specialty parts, major fixtures, or extensive pipe replacement beyond the plan scope are quoted separately after our plumber assesses the job on site.
Do you charge extra for emergency plumbing visits?
Our Complete Care plan includes an emergency callout at no added fee. For Essential and Standard plans, emergency visits outside regular hours carry a standard callout charge, which we confirm with you before dispatching a plumber to your location in Giza.
Is there a workmanship guarantee on repairs?
Yes. Standard plan repairs include 90 days of workmanship coverage, and Complete Care includes 180 days. If the same issue reoccurs within that period due to our work, we return to address it at no additional labor charge.
How do you determine the final price after inspection?
We provide a written estimate once our plumber inspects the pipes, fixtures, or leak source. The final price reflects the parts required and labor time, and we confirm any changes with you before proceeding with the work.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payment on completion of the job, as well as bank transfer for larger installation or repair projects. Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins so there are no surprises at the end of the visit.
Can I switch plans if my plumbing issue turns out bigger than expected?
Yes. If our plumber finds the scope of work exceeds your selected plan, we'll explain the situation clearly and quote the adjusted price before continuing, so you can decide how to proceed.
